VICEDO MARTI S.L. is committed to meeting customer, legal and regulatory requirements, as well as complying with the following standards: ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO13485 and its prior license of Sanitary Products facilities Nº 7594-PS for the manufacture of health products, and to continually improve the effectiveness of the management system (Quality, Hygiene, Medical devices and the Environment) and its processes. Through promoting the use of process focus and thinking based on risks and working in accordance with the facility and document requirements, which arise from compliance with the good practice guide for manufacture of plastic materials and objects in contact with food published by the Department of Health. Moreover, it is committed to protecting the environment, preventing pollution and continuous improvement.

CERTIFICATES
ISO 9001 CERTIFICATE
This Certificate according to the Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard in accordance with the procedures of TÜV NORD CERTIFICATION, certifies that VICEDO MARTI S.L. applies a management system in accordance with the aforementioned standard for Design, manufacture and reforms of moulds, as well as for Injection of thermoplastic parts. The certificate has been awarded in accordance with the audit and certification procedures of TÜV NORD CERTIFICATION and is subject to periodic follow-up audits.
ISO 14001 CERTIFICATE
This Certificate according to the Management System in accordance with the ISO 14001: 2015 Standard in accordance with the procedures of TÜV NORD CERTIFICATION, certifies that VICEDO MARTI S.L. applies a management system in accordance with the aforementioned standard for Design, manufacture and reforms of moulds, as well as for Injection of thermoplastic parts. We strictly follow the standards of good manufacturing practices in accordance with the General Sanitary Registry of Food and Food Companies, and in application of Royal Decree 191/2011, of February 18. No. RGSEAA 39.005165-A.
The General Sanitary Registry of Food and Food Companies, regulated by Royal Decree 191/2011, of February 18 (BOE 8.3.2011) is attached to the Spanish Agency for Consumption, Food Safety and Nutrition of the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality (MSSSI), and its purpose is the protection of public health and the interests of consumers, facilitating the official control of companies, establishments and products subject to registration.
ISO13485 CERTIFICATE “QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN SANITARY PRODUCTS”
The ISO13485 Certificate “Quality Management System in Sanitary Products” is granted by the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Sanitary Products. Vicedo Martí has been granted certificate number 2022 03 0079 EN according to the UNE-EN ISO 13485:2018 Standard – Sanitary Products: Quality Management Systems – Requirements for regulatory purposes, for the following activities:
Design, development and production of medical devices: non-active instruments.
LICENSE OF SANITARY PRODUCTS INSTALLATIONS Nº 7594-PS
In accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1275/2011, of September 16, which creates the State Agency “Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products” and approves its statute and in Royal Decree 1591/2009, of October 16, which regulates medical devices, at the proposal of the Department of Medical Devices and conditioned the authorization to the favorable report of the Health Area of the Government Subdelegation in Alicante, C/ Campo de Mirra, nº 6, 1st floor , 03005 Alicante, the prior operating health license has been granted for the installation VICEDO MARTÍ S.L. under license number 7594-PS.
