R&D&I DESIGN
VICEDO MARTI S.L. has an R&D&I DESIGN (Research, Development, Innovation and Design) area that has an engineering department equipped with CAD-CAM-CAE systems. We fully manufacture the product based on the conceptual design and in a dynamic and integrated development environment. To meet the design and development needs of our customers, we use NX Unigraphics tools.
Our broad experience in the sector allows us to research, develop and design any type of project using the most modern and appropriate technology in each case.
We have implemented Industry 4.0 methods which have made us specialists in turnkey products. This means that we are capable of offering global products, services and solutions. Furthermore, we have specialised in products from the cosmetics and health sector, and are ready to tackle projects with very specific needs.
Industrial 3D design is undergoing a sea-change with 3D printing technologies. It allows us to verify the conceived idea and have a 3D model of the final product. This facilitates the manufacturing process and prevents errors before sending the product to the production phase.
We offer support in the scanning and digitalisation of any part for its conversion into CAD 3D models. Moreover, we make the initial sketch of the design for decision-making and selection of ideas, and the industrial 3D design of the product.
